Mark is an associate in Bishop & McKenzie’s Edmonton office. His areas of practice are Business Transactions and Corporate Law, Commercial Property Leasing, Commercial Financing, Commercial and Residential Real Estate

In addition to these items, Mark also assists various owner-operated businesses, primarily in the healthcare field and provides advice on a wide range of matters, including the setup of professional corporations, healthcare practice sales and purchases, cost sharing arrangements and associate agreements.

Outside of the office, in addition to a lifelong passion for hockey, Mark also enjoys golfing, traveling and spending time with his wife, young son and two dogs.
