Patti
M.
Macdonald

Patti is a managing partner with Bishop & McKenzie. Her legal practice focuses on banking and commercial lending, real estate, condominium properties and business transactions. Her clients are bankers and commercial lenders, and others who are buying, selling, or financing real estate or business operations.

Patti is known for her personable approach and straightforward communications when structuring the details of transactions. She is active in several sections of the Canadian Bar Association, and is a past member of the executive of Alumni and Friends of the Faculty of Law Association.

Although she grew up in land-locked Tofield, Alberta, in recent years, Patti has been persuaded to take the helm of a sailboat and to enjoy the pace of the cruising lifestyle. To date, she and her husband have explored the Gulf Islands, the San Juan Islands and the British Virgin Islands. With their son, they plan to continue logging many nautical miles in the Caribbean, the South Pacific and the Mediterranean.
