Scott is a partner with Bishop & McKenzie. His corporate and commercial law practice is focused on helping lenders with commercial financing, as well as acting for borrowers, international companies, property developers, and small to medium sized businesses. His depth of experience continues further, working in M&A/Business acquisitions and divestitures, on both Share and Asset deals, as well as extensive work in the purchase, sales, financing and leasing of commercial real estate.

Scott is motivated to see other people’s visions realized and deals advanced smoothly. His approach is practical and his solutions are creative. His work has helped an array of local projects succeed, successfully closing transactions valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars.

Scott is a member of Bishop & McKenzie’s executive committee, and was responsible for the recruitment of our Students-at-Law for a number of years.

Out of the office, he is a fan of swimming, water-skiing, and wakeboarding. On dry land, Scott enjoys road and mountain biking. On frozen land, he is a downhill and cross-country skier. Scott also coaches soccer, and by his own admission is a crazed Ringette fan.
