Graham is an associate at Bishop & McKenzie with a practice covering Collections, Commercial Disputes, Construction Litigation, Condominium Property Law, , Bankruptcy and Insolvency matters, and General Litigation. He is also our volunteer coordinator for the Queen’s Bench Amicus Program which helps those without representation in Civil Masters and Justice Chambers.
Graham’s courtroom experience has proven especially useful when advising clients on what to expect in litigation. And his aptitude for research and legal writing has helped clients facing complex matters. Every step of the way, he gives thorough and critical consideration to each issue before making recommendations and giving advice.
Prior to completing his Juris Doctor in 2015 from the University of Alberta, he gained a Bachelor of Arts majoring in History in 2012. While at university he was involved with Canadian Lawyers for International Human Rights.
A self-proclaimed craft beer aficionado, Graham makes it his mission to check out every new brewery that opens in Alberta. He’s also created his own small brewery in his basement, sharing the fruits of his labours with friends and colleagues.
