Ksena is an experienced litigator and partner at Bishop & McKenzie. Her practice focuses on foreclosure and insolvency matters with specific expertise in acting for mid-size and large institutional banks and credit unions as well as Alberta and British Columbia based lenders.
Ksena's practice draws on her innately analytical and objective approach, while her strong organizational abilities move files forward quickly. With a pre-law background in commerce, and additional training in Alternative Dispute Resolutions including mediation, Ksena consistently delivers practical advice, and determined advocacy. In 2015 and again in 2018, she received the award of Outstanding Volunteer by Pro Bono Law Alberta for her hard work and dedication to the Queen's Bench Amicus Program in Calgary.
As the mother to two energetic sons, Ksena participates in family friendly hiking trips, mountain biking, downhill skiing outings and travel.
