Victoria has a diverse practice in wills and estates, general litigation, as well as corporate and commercial law. With a wide-ranging practice, her aim is precise: take the time to listen and work together to come up with cost-effective and practical solutions.
Victoria has specific experience with landlord and tenant issues, intellectual property matters, builders’ lien claims and contract disputes. She has appeared in the Provincial Court of Alberta and the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta in both Edmonton and Calgary.
She discovered her passion for law while volunteering at the Elizabeth Fry Society, and continued to donate her time to Student Legal Services, Pro Bono Students Canada, the Mental Health and Wellness Committee and the Environmental Law Students Association.
When away from the office, Victoria enjoys cooking, board games with friends, and spending time with her growing family.
