Norbert is counsel at Bishop & McKenzie. He earned a commerce degree before becoming a lawyer, and has since focused on assisting mid-sized, family-owned businesses build strong enterprises and resolve their legal problems. He further acts for clients in wills, estates, trust and wealth management, and has also served as legal counsel to the largest computer gaming company in Edmonton.

Norbert is a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP), as designated by the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners Canada. He has also completed the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants In-Depth Tax Course and the Canadian Tax Foundation’s Estate Planning Course.

Although raised in Edmonton, Norbert was born in Poland, and he and his wife have long been intrepid world travellers. They have toured extensively by bicycle, throughout Europe, North and South America. Norbert also plays in an adult, no-contact hockey league and curls.
