More About Sasha

Sasha is a civil litigator and advises employers and employees on all facets of employment law, including wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, non-competition disputes, and human rights matters. Sasha advises employers on day-to-day inquiries respecting compliance with employment standards legislation, drafting policies, disciplinary steps, and termination.


When working with Sasha, clients can expect clear and straight-forward advice about their case, and an explanation of the costs and benefits of litigation.


Sasha also has experience advising businesses respecting transactional employment law, privacy law, anti-spam legislation obligations, and credit-related consumer protection compliance matters. Sasha has experience drafting privacy policies for local and national businesses, consulting on the privacy implications of new technologies, advising on data breaches and access to information requests.


Sasha has a general litigation practice which includes personal injury law, collection matters, contract disputes, and real estate litigation.


Throughout her practice, Sasha has volunteered with the KB Amicus Program, a pro-bono program for self-represented litigants who have civil applications in the Court of King’s Bench. Sasha is a graduate of the University of British Columbia where she received a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in English with a minor in Commerce. Sasha completed her law degree with distinction at the University of Alberta. During law school, Sasha was a board member on the Alberta Law Review and co-chair of the Law Students’ Mental Health and Wellness Committee.
