Faiza obtained her law degree from the University of Calgary in 2023 and was admitted to the Alberta Bar as a practicing lawyer in 2024. Faiza previously articled with a large boutique firm in Calgary, Alberta, where she worked in a variety of areas, including commercial litigation, contractual disputes, and estate litigation. She has assisted on matters before the Alberta Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Faiza maintains a broad litigation practice with a particular interest in commercial disputes and regulatory matters.
Outside of practicing law, Faiza is an avid backpacker, and she enjoys exploring less traveled countries such as Georgia, Uzbekistan, and Tunisia. She also loves camping, reading, and spending time with her family and friends at the cottage.
