More About Francis

Francis is a partner with Bishop & McKenzie. He brings his solicitor’s background to the enforcement of both personal and commercial loans. His depth of perspective during the realization process has been invaluable in sifting through debtors’ stories to reach the core enforcement issues. And his corporate and trusts background helps achieve successful restructurings for clients in circumstances which do not easily fit into the usual restructuring box.

Francis compassionately provides sensitive and practical solutions for those who are planning their estates as well of those dealing with the aftermath of the loss of a loved one.

He has received recognition as Pro-Bono Law Alberta Distinguished Volunteer and has spoken at many conferences and CLE conferences in Canada, the US and Australia.

Fierce on behalf of his clients, Francis plays a mean bluesy guitar riff and likes to camp, hike and bike with his wife and daughters.
