Madison Durham is an associate at Bishop & McKenzie LLP, where she practices in various areas of law, including family law, wills and estates, employment law, civil litigation, and real estate.
Her passion for family law was ignited during her time in law school, where she volunteered with Student Legal Services, the Do Your Own Divorce Clinic, and participated in a family law moot. These experiences deepened her commitment to helping individuals and families navigate challenging legal issues.
In addition to her role at Bishop & McKenzie, Madison continues to give back to the community through her volunteer work with the Court of King's Bench Amicus program and assisting with coaching the Western Family Law Negotiation Competition.
She is dedicated to fostering resolution-focused approaches in her practice, prioritizing civility and efficiency to guide families through the often difficult and emotional aspects of family law conflicts. Madison prides herself on being a compassionate and solutions-oriented lawyer, committed to ensuring her clients receive the best possible outcomes during challenging times.
In her spare time, Madison enjoys trying out new restaurants in Edmonton, travelling with family and friends, and playing soccer and golf.
