A partner at Bishop & McKenzie, Rob is a litigator working in secured and unsecured debt collections, primarily for the banking industry. He also acts for commercial landlords on matters including debt and tenancy issues, and handles Builders Liens, Employment Law from an employer perspective, residential foreclosures, development permit appeals, and general commercial litigation.

His approach to litigation is to achieve timely and cost-efficient resolutions for his clients.

Rob is married with four adult children, two of whom are active in competitive swimming and one of whom dances competitively. Rob is active in the competitive swimming community, volunteering his time as a swim meet referee. He’s certified to officiate at swim competitions throughout Canada and is actively involved on committees of Swim Alberta and Swim Canada. Rob also enjoys vigorous work outs and relaxes by gardening.
