Blair is a managing partner at Bishop & McKenzie. His corporate and commercial law practice focuses on commercial lending, business sales and acquisitions, commercial agreements, corporate and tax-related reorganizations and planning.

He acts for major commercial lenders and bankers in the preparation and placement of security with respect to commercial loans, and also for small and medium-sized, locally based corporations and owner-managed businesses on a wide range of matters including commercial engagements, joint ventures, taxes, borrowing, buying and vending.

Blair also serves on the board of directors of the Edmonton chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth and serves as the Vice President - Membership. Blair also serves as a liaison for the firm to Interlaw.

Born and raised in Edmonton, Blair finds great satisfaction problem-solving for local entrepreneurs and industry players who are contributing to the prosperity and growth of the city and region.

He and his wife are the busy parents of twin daughters, but in addition to delighting in them, Blair enjoys downhill and cross country skiing, hiking and running. A lifelong fan of travel, Blair is always looking forward to the next adventure with his family.
