Gordon is counsel at Bishop & McKenzie, whose practice serves a broad range of clients. In addition to his focus on commercial litigation, he also deals in professional disciplinary actions, mediation and arbitration.

Gordon is the son of Ken McKenzie — the original McKenzie in the firm’s name — and articled with the firm when Ken and Ted Bishop were still practising law.

With his wife, Gordon travels extensively to non-touristy locales across North America, South America, South-East Asia and Europe. He also enjoys sailing — particularly when racing Laser 1 and Laser 2 dinghies — as well as cycling, golfing and reading a good book.
